These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through avelineboutiques.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**UK Statutory Rights:** These Terms are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

## 1. Orders and Payment

- All orders are processed after full payment has been received.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

- Estimated delivery: **3–12 business days**

## 3. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our **Return Policy**. Your statutory 14-day cancellation right applies in addition to our goodwill return window.

Aveline Boutiques is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or force majeure events, subject to statutory consumer rights.
